Byron Starks is the founder and Executive Director of Champions International, Inc., a program for youth.  Byron has reached thousands of children and young adults with his inspirational message of hope.

Byron is a former professional basketball player, having training  experience with the Utah Jazz and Miami Heat, and a collegiate player for the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. His high school, college, and coaching accomplishments are impressive. 

More notably, Byron gave up a professional career in basketball to pursue the call to inspire young people to ‘conquer their fears and live their dreams’.  His story will touch your heart and light your soul.

He and his wife, Angel, are both graduates of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and the proud parents of three sons, B.J., Christon, and Caleb.
